It's been a little over six months since Hana Grace came into our lives. In some ways it seems like just yesterday. In others, it seems like she's been here forever! So I picked one picture a month since she's been here. Just look how she's changed!
So there's six months of Hana. What will the next six months bring?? I can't wait to find out!
