New Look

As you can see, I've got a new look going on my blog. I messed around with it today (probably too long!) and came up with something different. I'm liking it. I'm sure I'll change it around again at some point. LOL I'm still trying to figure out how to change the fonts to allow more than the few they do in blogger!

Nothing much happening for me. Just been working and messing around at home. The finale of Top Chef is on tonight. I'd like to see Stephanie win, but if she doesn't then Richard. I'll be very disappointed if Lisa wins. Please, please, not Lisa! I also saw where Bravo is going to do a Top Chef Junior with kids. The age range is 13 to 16 years old. Could be interesting. Top Chef is my favorite cooking show.

Also, am watching The Next Food Network Star. Not so sure about this one. Nobody is grabbing me. I don't care for Lisa (hmmm....is it the name?) on this one, either. She's from Dallas and is so stereotypical of what people think of when they think of women from Dallas. Sad, sad, sad. And I don't care for Bobby Flay as a host. He seems very disinterested and acts as if everyone should be bowing in his presence. Not a huge Bobby Flay fan! Also, glad that Nipa didn't stick around any longer! She was annoying. Also, after watching this last season and then these couple of episodes, The Food Network is really more interested in a host who can kind of cook than a cook who can also host, imo.

Also, am watching HGTV's Design Star. It just started. Again, too early to tell. For the first challenge though I think they're going to have to build their own shelter! There's only 9 contestants and half of them are decorators (mainly the women) who made a point of saying they just come in and make stuff look pretty, they don't do the work! Should be fun.
