What's going on?

Well, it's been a while since I've blogged. Not too much going on. This weekend was a semi-busy one for me. Saturday I went to a birthday party for one of my friend's kids. It was nice. They cooked out hamburgers and hot dogs, and the hot dogs were nicely burnt! I love a hot dog cooked out on a grill. Yummy!

Then on Sunday I went to see Get Smart. My friend Mary Ann called and convinced me to go. LOL It was pretty good. It had some nice action and some funny scenes. We met at Grapevine Mills Mall (halfway between our houses) at 12:30. It was dead!! I got to park super close. When we used to meet there in the past it would always be really busy, especially in the summer. Then the theater we were in was one of the really big ones and there might have been 15 people in there watching the movie. We thought maybe it was just early. Nope. When we came out, the mall was still dead. I guess people are just staying home. I can see why, too. The cost for a matinee was $7.25! And that's just for the movie. I luckily had a gift card that still had some money on it. So it didn't cost me anything, but still. Wow!

This week is going to be a busy one for me. I have depos everyday but yesterday, Monday. I'm already finished with today's depo. Tomorrow should last most of the day, though. Not sure on Thursday & Friday yet. Then next week I think it going to be pretty dead. Although part of what I do this week has to go out next week. I'll get it all done, though. I want to try to go to the lake on Thursday next week.
